Cleaning services

Innoxy Trading company limited it’s the leading cleaning company in Tanzania which is trusted enough with companies and government institution as well as international organization.

We proved a satisfied service to our customers and we have enough tools and equipment for cleaning services.
The following are the some of service performed during cleaning services

1. Intensive dust cleaning, washing all areas including halls, toilets, floors, fixtures, corridors, and grills to the total satisfaction of the customer.
2. Daily cleaning of the interior of the building on work days, including major cleaning Empty waste baskets/receptacles, Mop and sweep surface floors
3. Clean light switches, door handles, dishes and counters, Dust and clean cleared surfaces of desks, tables, chairs, filing cabinets, and other office furniture, Mop and clean restrooms with a germicide, including mirrors, partitions, urinals, toilets and sinks using disinfectant and detergents
4. Refill soap and paper products, Sweep and remove soil and/or leaves on entrances and exterior entry areas
5. Cleaning water filter every morning after three days, Filling water filter in every morning and whenever seems to be empty
6. Report unusual occurrences, damages or malfunctions, arranging documentation in all offices if things are not in place especially in operation wing and Admin wing
7. Sweeping outside areas every morning before working hrs830
8. Taking care of the garden areas every day
9. Cleaning solar panels
10. Service provider to do Intensive cleaning of open ground and yards within the building compounds
11. Service provider to clean all corridors, stairs etc/ and make to maintain hygienic environment
12. Service provider to provide All-purpose liquid soap, Tile cleaner, Washroom liquid soap, Toilet papers, Washroom refreshers, Window cleaners, Hand wash liquid soap & any other detergent which will be require
13. Service provider to do watering of indoor and outdoor plants
14. Service provider to advise on repair needs, ground and lawn improvement
15. Service provider to prepare tea for staff where appropriate and required by a client (On time Preparation of Tea and Milk for all staff, On time cleaning of office crockery such as mugs, cups, glasses, trays etc).
16. Service provide shall provide safety gears to cleaning staff and ensure all OSHA requirements are fulfilled while working on client’s premises.
